What's the Fastest Wagon with a Christmas Tree on the Roof? Hennessy Performance knows.

Ah, it's the most wonderful time of the year: The Holiday Season! And with it comes the fun of bringing home a Christmas tree. Did you ever wonder what would be the fastest way to bring it home but with a wagon? Hennessy Performance knows. John Hennessey’s wife’s Audi RS 6 Avant was the answer. Also makes me wonder, what is the aerodynamics of a Christmas tree... Anyways check out the video below for a more detailed look at the top speed run.

Hennessy Performance states: If at first you don’t succeed, then borrow your wife’s 800 HP Audi RS6 Avant station wagon! A few weeks ago we tested John Hennessey’s personal Porsche 911 Turbo S (750 hp of course) to see how fast it would run with a Christmas tree on the roof. Yes, this has become an annual tradition for the Hennessey team. We were surprised to find out that the tree slowed Germany’s finest by nearly 30 mph! Then John had the idea to borrow his wife’s station wagon to see if we could beat our Christmas tree top speed record of 181 mph (1000 hp Jeep Trackhawk). Check out this special video for the rest of the story. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Hennessey team and family.
