This isn't the first time you are seeing this specific Tribute Edition RS 6 on here. It was featured a few months ago with mild upgrades. I first saw this car while it was getting upgraded at Pacific German. You can check out that article HERE. At that time the upgrade list included:
- European headlights
- Akrapovic Exhaust
- Akrapovic Rear Carbon Exhaust Valance
- ABT Power Upgrade
- ABT Anti Roll Bars
- BMC Air Filter
- Forge Motorsport Turbo Inlet Hoses
- Maxton Designs Front Lip Spoiler, Side Skirts, Trunk Spoiler
- MTM 10mm and 15mm Wheel Spacers
- European Console and Cup Holder Conversion
- Software Coding for Video in Motion and some CarPlay Tweaks
This is what the car looked like at the time. Very OEM+ like and just a more cleaner look with the Maxton kit.
Well, give it a few months, and Steve (the owner of this Avant) was collecting European OEM RS 6 parts to complete his vision of the Tribute Edition RS 6 Avant. The most noticeable upgrade is the 25RS full interior imported from Europe. This includes: seat covers, door panels, armrest, steering wheel, gear selector cover, dash trims. All installed by the team at PG.
Alongside the interior, you'll also notice the European Alcantara headliner, custom seat belts, and European sun visors. On the outside, you'll notice a new set of wheels by Brixton Forged R11-Rs fitted with Michelin PS4S tires. Steve had them custom made for the car. The blue stripe and center cap are matched to Nogaro Blue. The lighting has been upgraded as well. European tail lights with fog lamps have been installed and Matrix headlights enabled.
Performance upgrades have been added this round as well. This seems to be a common Pacific German package that includes: VF Engineering tuning, Eventuri matte intake and, CSF intercoolers. With all this extra power, the brakes have been upgraded to the Audi RS 6 ceramic brakes.
Steve was able to take a special edition RS 6 and make it even more exclusive. From the European OEM upgrades to the custom wheels and Maxton exterior upgrades. This 25RS really is a one of one.
